The Rotary Club of Erin has supported many different organizations both locally and internationally. Under our motto “Energize Erin”, we organize projects such as children’s reading programs, trail cleanups and support for exchange students. Internationally, we frequently contribute to the End Polio Now Campaign, which is helping to eradicate Polio globally through large-scale immunization.
What We Do
Erin SummerFest
July 24, 2022; 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
McMillan Park, 109 Main Street, Erin,
Held in beautiful downtown Erin, Summerfest is an opportunity for friends, families, and neighbours from across the region to come together to support local Rotary fundraising projects. There will be great music by Settlers Creek, a BBQ featuring local delights, a beer tent featuring GoodLot products, and a bake sale in support of The Grove Erin – Main Place Youth Centre. There will also be games and events for young people.
Summerfest will also be an opportunity to see some fantastic motorcycles. A few steps away at MSN Motors will be a Motorcycle Show organized by Organic Art Tattoo to support Sick Kids Hospital.
Join us for great music, excellent food and beverages, cool motorcycles and good fun; all for worthy causes.
Family Day
Family Day, an annual event put on for the holiday of the same name in February, is an event designed for families to spend the day together. Held at Centre 2000 the day includes food, games and activities, and skating!
Wine Survivor
Wine Survivor is a fundraiser that was created during a time when everything was virtual, which quickly put the ‘fun’ in fundraiser!
Done entirely virtually from registration and ticket purchase to live virtual draws, Wine Survivor is a two-week adventure where the players wait in anticipation for the daily draw to see if they are still ‘in!’
Prizes range from one bottle of wine to approximately seventy bottles of wine!

Hillsburgh Victoria Park Pavilion
We built a Pavilion in Hillsburgh’s Victoria Park to celebrate Canada’s sesquicentennial.
It was constructed and in use for the first official day of summer in 2017!
Rotary RiverWalk Trail
We promote healthy lifestyles outdoors by building trails and pursuing the Rotary RiverWalk Trail.
Energize Erin
In addition to organizing events, we look for other opportunities to get involved and give back to our community. We get involved in events like the Santa Claus parade, the Erin Fall Fair, and often our members will volunteer for EWCS. We Energize Erin by giving back!
