Community Giving Program
We welcome funding requests that make a meaningful difference in our community.
Erin Rotary members present a cheque for $400.00 to members of the Orton Community Association to further their support for community activities.


What We Support
We’re looking for projects that address one or more of the following focus areas:

Youth
-
Community health and well-being
-
Promoting peace
-
Fighting disease
-
Providing clean water
-
Saving mothers and children
-
Supporting education and literacy
-
Growing local economies
-
Protecting the environment
-
Serving underserved, disadvantaged, or marginalized populations

We prioritize service-based initiatives and typically do not fund ongoing operating costs.
Both large and small projects are welcome. Preference is given to those with the greatest impact, especially for disadvantaged populations.

Value of Support
Most grants are up to $500, but larger grants may be considered based on:

The strength and potential of the project

Opportunities to leverage additional funds

The availability of Rotary funding

What We Look For in Applications
Your request should:

Clearly define objectives and timeline
-
Describe the community benefit and impact
-
Include measurable outcomes
-
Demonstrate the capacity to successfully deliver the project

Highlight opportunities for Rotary members to get involved
