Our Signature Fundraising Events

A cornerstone of Erin Rotary’s fundraising activities is our four signature fundraising community events, including Family Day, Summerfest, Feast of Hops, and Wine Survivor. Together, these events are an opportunity to invite people from our community to gather for family-friendly fun and help support Erin Rotary’s work in supporting those in need.

Family Day

Kicking off the new year, in partnership with the Town of Erin, Rotary’s “Family Day” is held on the Family holiday Monday in February. The event is a family focused afternoon of indoor games, skating, food, and fun. It is an opportunity for families to spend time together with friends and neighbours during the cold winter months.

Summerfest + Canada Day

With the support of other community groups and local merchants, Erin Rotary’s “Summerfest” has quickly become a fan favourite. Held in July, Summerfest brings together friends and neighbours for a familyfriendly afternoon of outdoor games, live music, activities, food, and fun. Going forward, the Club is partnering with the Town of Erin to offer a Summerfest + Canada Day community celebration.

Feast of Hops

The Fall season brings the return of Erin Rotary’s “Feast of Hops”. Held in September, the popular event is an opportunity for adult community members to enjoy the very best of local culinary and brewer expertise. Guests enjoy live music while purveyors compete in the “best-in- show” competition.

Wine Survivor

The arrival of the holiday season means the return of Erin Rotary’s “Wine Survivor” event. A popular virtual competitive survivor-style program provides registered (adult) participants the opportunity to compete for progressively larger prizes of wine over a multi-week competition.
